Clear Path Mitigation is a team of experienced loss mitigation consultants who fight for homeowners facing foreclosure — negotiating directly with your lender on your behalf.
Every homeowner's situation is different. Our licensed team steps in as your dedicated advocate — handling all communication with your mortgage servicer and working directly with your lender to find the best possible path forward for you.
We fight to keep you in your home. Our team communicates directly with your lender, submits the necessary documentation, and advocates on your behalf every step of the way.
You'll be assigned a real mitigation agent who knows your file, returns your calls, and keeps you informed. No call centers, no runaround.
With over 30 mortgage loan licenses and years of combined industry experience, we know how lenders think — and how to present your case effectively.
To give us the best chance of helping you, the following requirements must be met before we can open your case.
We work with homeowners who are behind on payments but have not yet exceeded 12 months of arrears. Beyond that point, options are extremely limited.
You must sign a Third-Party Authorization form allowing Clear Path Mitigation to communicate with your lender directly. Without this, we cannot proceed.
Every person listed on the property title — whether present or not — must be accounted for. If you do not know where a co-borrower or co-owner is located, please tell us upfront. We must have participation or acknowledgment from all parties.
We can only advocate effectively when given complete, truthful information. Incomplete or inaccurate disclosures directly impact our ability to achieve a favorable outcome.
Our team reviews every case individually. Even if you're unsure whether you qualify, reach out — we'll give you an honest assessment at no obligation.
Clear Path Mitigation does not guarantee outcomes. Results depend on lender discretion and full cooperation from all parties.
